The North Jetty

The North Jetty offers a wonderful view of the ocean that is usually free of cars due to its always soft sand

The North Jetty lies at the southern end of the Ocean Shores peninsula, where it marks the northern boundary of the  Grays Harbor entrance.

The jetty, constructed over 9 years  and completed in 1916, stabilized the Ocean Shores shoreline and caused beaches to build up over the 20th  century.

Walk along miles of beaches...

Occasionally wreckage of boats can be seen from the Jetty

Walk short path to beach where shorebirds frequent the jetty

A Unique Blend of Beach and Dune Grass

Tide Pools fill with crabs, starfish, sand dollars and more!
